I know a vast number of training techniques and exercises that will target the body parts you want to improve and help you to attain physical greatness.

Men

 

Specialising in strength, conditioning and bodybuilding type training i can help you develop your body to how you want it wether it be condition, mass, proportion, size, toning.

From years of experience and trial and error i have good appraoches to training and diet, advanced training techniques, plateaux braking, forced reps, RP training, FST-7 and many more.

Covering both types of hypertrophy - myofibril and sarcoplasmic.

General

 

Wether it be putting on size, gaining weight, losing weight, structured meal plans, targetting specific body parts, legs bums and tums for you ladies, i can take you through it all with a variety of exercises that will target those exact parts and help you achieve the body you desire.

 

I also cover competition prep, covering all aspects including posing, stage presence and tanning.

My qualification also includes circuit training, one to one boxercise lessons.

 

House visits are available with all the kit including bench and weights if need be.

Clients are subject to pay £5 (not icluded in cost) to use the gym if not a member. 

 

Per session - £35

 

Half (around 30 min) session - £20

 

Meal plan 6 week renew and review - £60

 

Training program 6 week review and renew - £50

 

10x 1 hour sessions - £320 (£30 discount)

5x 1 hour sessions - £165 (£10 discount)
